Meet Jeremy

A lifelong sports enthusiast raised in the Lansing, Michigan area, Jeremy Sampson brings decades of experience, passion, and purpose to athlete representation. After earning a broadcast journalism degree from Michigan State University, he spent 20 years as a sports broadcaster in Mid-Michigan before turning his focus fully to the game that captured his heart: soccer.

Jeremy founded Lansing United in 2014, guiding the club’s men’s amateur team and later expanding with a women’s team in 2018. When professional soccer arrived in Lansing with the creation of the League One club Lansing Ignite, he transitioned into the role of Vice President and General Manager, helping lead the city’s first professional soccer organization.

In 2020, Jeremy began representing professional athletes, initially supporting former Ignite players before expanding into the women’s game. His relationship with NWSL Rookie of the Year Bethany Balcer marked a pivotal point in his agency work. In 2023, he joined OPSM as Lead Women’s Agent and earned his FIFA Agent Certification, which opened the door to starting his next chapter as President and CEO of JES Solutions Agency.

Known for his thoughtful, purposeful approach, Jeremy has built trusted connections throughout the global soccer community. He represents his athletes with conviction, while valuing the sincere, collaborative relationships that help connect players with the opportunities that fit them best.
